- Palate: Very tasty and powerful. Very long at the end and with a persistent strawberry aftertaste.
Variety: Pinot Noir.
Alcoholic grade: 11.5% vol.
Elaboration: Maceration of the skin for 12 hours. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14ºC for 5 months in stainless steel tanks.
Gastronomy: It goes very well with fresh salads, light tapas and pasta.
