Tasting note:

  • Aroma: Very fruity (Banana and green apple).
  • Palate: Well structured unctuous mid palate, balanced in acidity-alcohol and mature background.

Variety: 100% Xarel lo 

DO: Penedes.

Alcoholic grade: 13% vol.

Elaboration: Maceration for 12 hours. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14ºC for 25 days in stainless steel tanks and subsequent refining in French oak barrels.

Gastronomy: Appropriate to accompany seafood, Mediterranean salads, light pasta and fish.
