- Color: Intense cherry red, velvety, tinted and well marked tear.
- Aroma: Aroma of ripe fruits (black plum) together with other derivatives of aging such as vanilla or liquorice.
- Palate: Smooth mid palate, reminiscent of berries.
Alcoholic grade: 12.5% vol.
Elaboration: Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25ºC for 18 days in stainless steel tanks and subsequent malolactic fermentation.
Crianza: 3 months in oak barrels.
Gastronomy: We recommend this wine to accompany dishes consisting of soft meats, pasta or to drink it alone.
