Tasting note: Gold color with greenish reflections. On the nose it has a wide aromatic range of fresh fruit, tropical memories, citrus notes and a touch of white flowers.

Variety: Garnacha Blanca (61%), Chardonnay (39%)

Harvest date: From September 13 to 15. Manual bendimia in boxes of 10Kg.

Alcoholic grade: 13.5% vol.

Elaboration: After a first selection in the vineyard, the grape goes through a second manual selection at the triage table and then the grain is separated from the rapa. The grains enter the pneumatic press where they will be pressed at low pressure. The must yolk is deposited by gravity in stainless steel tanks. In these tanks the fermentation will take place at a temperature between 16º to 18ºC.

Production: 3,400 bottles.
