Tasting note: Bright yellow color with greenish rim. On the nose, it stands out for its aromas of citrus, fennel and nutmeg on a background of white fruit. In the mouth, fresh entry and frank acidity. This fine and elegant acidity accompanies throughout the palate. It has a smooth finish and a delicate unctuousness, the result of working on the lees.

Alcoholic grade: 13%

Elaboration: 12 days of alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. Aging on lees and a small percentage aged in acacia casks for 3 months.

Gastronomy: Salads, xató, rice, baked vegetables, cheeses, white meats and also oriental dishes. Serve between 7 - 9ºC.
